UK Delivery - FREE FIRST CLASS
We endeavour to dispatch orders on the same or next day for fastest possible delivery times. Please do allow 5 business days for delivery before contacting us.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us. If we anticipate a delay with your order, we will telephone or email you.
Carriage, if any, is added automatically to the shopping basket before checkout.
Deliveries are dispatched for free via First Class Delivery. There are also drop down options in Available Delivery Methods for either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery UK (Signed for) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (normally next day if ordered by 1pm).
First Class Delivery – expected delivery within 1-2 days
Special Delivery Next Day – expected delivery within 1 day
Recorded Signed For – expected delivery within 1-3+ days
Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may also be subject to delays due to Customs checks.
Standard Airmail delivery – Not a tracked option, Delivery expected between 3-7 working days.
Standard delivery to the rest of the world is not a tracked service so although we have found delivery to be reliable, this option is at your own risk should an item get lost in transit. Standard delivery time is typically two weeks, though in some instances can take up to four weeks - please contact after this time for missing items. There is also a drop down option in Available Delivery Methods for a Fast Tracked service to the Rest of the World, typically 4 days delivery and the extra cost does give you a guaranteed option against loss in transit.
If you find that your gloves are not in perfect condition we will give you a full refund.
If the gloves are the wrong size / colour for you, we will swap them free of charge or offer a refund. Please note International Deliveries will have a further charge for carriage
Standard delivery is included in any refund, though other delivery options, such as overseas and special next-day can not be refunded unless the product is faulty.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- We operate a common sense policy!
- The gloves must be in a new, re-saleable condition to be accepted back by us for a size change.
- The gloves must not have been worn other than to be tried for size.
- We will not accept gloves that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned.
- Returns must normally be made within four weeks (28 days) of purchase, though we extend this to 6 weeks around Christmas.
- If the gloves arrived in a manufacturer's packaging then they must be returned in the same.
- It is the responsibility of the returning party to pay for return carriage costs.
- We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit, it is advised to insure returns and keep proofs of sending.
In the unlikely event that you feel your gloves are substandard, please contact us to arrange the return and we will apply a full refund or replacement according to your choice.
