DELIVERY INFORMATION

We endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day, or at latest next day for fastest possible delivery times.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us. If we anticipate a delay with your order, we will telephone or email you.

Carriage, if any, is added automatically to the shopping basket before check-out.

Delivery is only to the UK Mainland, Ireland and Europe.


RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you find that your gloves are not in perfect condition we will give you a full refund. If the gloves are the wrong size for you, we will swap them free of charge.

Please contact us to arrange a return - we will give you the appopriate returns address.

We rely on your honesty but please note.....

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • We operate a common sense policy!
  • The gloves must be in a new, re-salable condition to be accepted back by us for a size change.
  • The gloves must not have been worn other than to be tried for size.
  • We will not accept gloves that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned.
  • Returns must be made within four weeks (28 days) of purchase.
  • If the gloves arrived in a manufacturer's packaging then they must be returned in the same.
  • It is the responsibility of the returning party to pay for return carriage costs.
  • We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit, it is advised to insure returns and keep proofs of sending.

FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that you feel your gloves are substandard, please contact us to arrange the return and we will apply a full refund or replacement according to your choice.
